The Cleveland Chargers are 0-2 on the road with a 111-100 loss at Detroit Cruz.

The Cleveland Charge (5-5) fell to the Motor City Cruise (7-3) by a score of 111-100 on Tuesday night at the Wayne State Fieldhouse.

Emoni Bates led the Charge with a game-high 32 points, four rebounds, and two steals. Pete Nance had a new career-high of 20 points on 9-of-15 shooting with eight rebounds. Sharife Cooper added 18 points, six assists, and three steals. Rob Edwards contributed 13 points and five steals off the bench.

The Charge forced 26 turnovers from the Motor City Cruise, leading to 27 points. However, it was not enough to overcome a trio of 20-point scorers for the home team.

Stanley Umude led the Cruise with a team-high 23 points. Jontay Porter had a double-double of 21 points and 14 rebounds. Zavier Simpson added 20 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

The loss was the Charge's second straight to the Cruise, as they now trail 0-2 in the season series.
